These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CB888 ("CB888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at https://cb888.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Site").

CB888 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. Where the Platform provides account registration functionality, the following terms apply to the creation and maintenance of your Account:

5.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. You must not register using a false identity, a name other than your own legal name, or information belonging to another person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. CB888 will not be liable for any loss, damage or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials. You must notify CB888 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

CB888 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) as a condition of Account activation, continued use, or withdrawal processing. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport. You must only submit genuine, unaltered documents. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CB888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended informational and educational purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Browsing and reading educational content, guides and articles published on the Platform;
• Accessing responsible gambling resources, payment method guides and game description content;
• Using Platform navigation features, search functionality and interactive educational tools where provided;
• Sharing Platform content links via social media for personal, non-commercial purposes where permitted by applicable copyright law;
• Contacting CB888 support via the contact details published on the Platform.

This licence is personal to you and does not include any right to sub-license, resell, republish, scrape, frame or commercially exploit any Platform content without CB888's prior written consent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or in violation of Applicable Law in your jurisdiction;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems;
• Deploy automated bots, crawlers, scrapers or data-mining tools to extract content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware or any other harmful or disruptive code to the Platform;
• Engage in any conduct that constitutes harassment, impersonation, defamation or abuse directed at CB888 staff, other users or third parties;
• Use the Platform to distribute unsolicited commercial communications ("spam") or engage in phishing activities;
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, access controls or DRM protections on the Platform;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the Platform without explicit written authorisation;
• Register multiple accounts, share accounts or engage in collusion with other users to gain unfair advantage;
• Provide false information during registration, KYC verification or any interaction with CB888.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of any accumulated credits or rewards, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

CB888 publishes educational content about payment methods commonly used in Pakistan, including references to mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, digital transfer systems such as Raast, and major commercial banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The following terms govern how these references should be understood:

8.1 Informational Context Only

All payment provider names referenced on the Platform are cited for informational and local context purposes only. CB888 does not represent or warrant that any listed payment provider permits, supports, endorses or facilitates gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify whether any specific payment method is available and permitted at the operator's live cashier, and whether its use for gambling transactions is lawful under Applicable Law.

8.2 No Payment Processing by CB888

CB888 does not process deposits, withdrawals or any financial transactions on behalf of users. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the user and the relevant third-party operator or payment provider. CB888 accepts no responsibility for transaction errors, delays, failed payments, chargebacks or any financial loss arising from transactions conducted with third-party operators.

11.1 No Warranties

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, CB888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted at any third-party operator;
• Reliance on any content, guide, tip, odds explanation or payment reference published on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security;
• Delays, errors or failures in third-party payment processing services;

11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CB888, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any Applicable Law, or your use of the Platform in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

CB888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling awareness. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Failure to meet or maintain Account eligibility requirements;
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring restriction of your access.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including Clauses 10, 11 and 14) shall continue in full force and effect following any termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CB888 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute concerning their existence, validity, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under Applicable Law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

CB888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

For material changes that significantly affect user rights or obligations, CB888 may provide additional notice through a Platform-level banner notification or email to registered Account holders, where technically feasible. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
